Personnel Notice — Recognition Division

Community Rewards

Solreign Orbital Holdings maintains an Honors Board, not a loyalty program. Play-test an unreleased station, make something worth sharing, help a stranger find their feet, bring a friend who stays — and the station writes it down. Nothing here is currency. All of it is real.

Section I — Policy

Recognition, Not Currency

Every reward on this page is one of three things: a title you can wear in front of the crew, a line in a record that outlasts the round, or — rarely, and only for the work that earns it — a mark left permanently on the station itself. There is no points balance. There is no leaderboard for recruiting your friends. Nobody is paid, and nothing here converts to anything you could spend.

What we're offering is the thing a corporate HR department would never actually give you: to be seen, and to be kept on the books for it.

Section II — Active Programs

The Programs

Playtesting & QA

You find what's broken before the public does. We remember who.

Unreleased stations, features, and mechanics don't go live untested — they go to the Stress Test Division first. Sign on and you're playing the build before anyone else on the station has seen it, and your bug reports are what keep launch night from becoming an incident report.

  • Early access to playtests of unreleased stations and features, ahead of the general population
  • The @Stress-Test-Division role in Discord
  • Your handle on the site's Crew Credits roll

Report findings in Discord #bug-reports or by writing [email protected].

Content: Clips, Art, Stories, Memes

Make something about the station. The station notices.

Clip a round that went sideways in exactly the right way. Draw the eye. Write the shift nobody will believe. Make the meme. Anything you make about SOLREIGN is eligible — the Bureau's job is to find the good stuff and put it where the rest of the crew can see it.

Featured work runs in Discord #clips and on the website. Standout contributors earn the role below and a line on the honors roll. And every so often, something clears a bar most submissions never reach — see The Registry, below.

  • Featured placement in Discord #clips and on solreign.net
  • Standout work earns the @Propaganda-Bureau role
  • Crew Credits roll entry
  • LEGENDARY work may be immortalized inside the game itself — an in-game poster of your art, an item or room named in your honor. Staff discretion. The rarest honor we offer.
The Companion Cube, the station's unofficial mascot for anything made with love.

The Bureau's unofficial mascot. It doesn't judge submissions. It just likes being included.

Community Building & Volunteering

Greet the new hires. Run the event. Keep the launcher line moving.

Somebody has to make this place feel lived-in — greeting new players so their first shift isn't a cold one, helping run event nights, answering the fifteenth launcher question of the evening with the same patience as the first. The Morale Office is the crew that does that on purpose, and the station keeps a file on who.

  • The @Morale-Officer role
  • Crew Credits roll entry
  • First pick of helper duties on event nights

Recruiting

Bring a friend. Get saluted. That's the whole program.

Bring a friend aboard, and once they complete their first shift, you both get saluted in Discord and entered on the Crew Credits roll together. One shot per friend — recruit ten people and you get thanked ten times, not a bigger prize on an eleventh.

The station does not do multi-level marketing. The station has standards.

  • You and your recruit both get a public salute in Discord
  • Both handles entered on the Crew Credits roll, side by side
Section III — Cross-Program

The Registry

Every program above feeds the same place at the top. Sustained, legendary contribution — not one great clip, but a pattern of them; not one good deed, but a reputation for them — can earn something no other tier does: a piece of the station named after your handle. An item. A room. A drink at the bar, poured in your name for as long as the bar exists. Some earn a cameo in the station's official lore instead, or as well — a memo, a chronicle entry, a name in the record the Ledger keeps forever.

This is extremely rare by design and staff-nominated only — there's no application, no quota, and no schedule. It happens when it's earned, and it isn't earned often.

Section IV — The Floor Everyone Lands On

Crew Credits

Every program on this page feeds one shared roll. This is where the station keeps score in the only currency that matters to HR: being remembered by name.

CREW CREDITS — FY2026

This wall reserved. The first names are being earned right now.

Section V — Filed With Legal

The Fine Print

  • PG-13, no exceptions.
  • By submitting, you license your submission CC-BY-SA 4.0 (the same terms this project's other assets carry) and confirm it's your own work.
  • Credit is by handle or username only — never real names. A lot of this crew is under 18.
  • Staff decide what gets featured, and what gets immortalized. Not every good submission makes the wall; that's what makes the wall mean something.
  • No purchase, no payment, no entry fee. This is voluntary and it's supposed to be fun.
Section VI — Report For Duty

How To Participate

Discord is the front door for all six programs — that's where playtests get announced, clips get shared, event nights get organized, and the Crew Credits roll gets updated. Bug reports also go to [email protected] if Discord isn't handy.
