Privacy at SOLREIGN
Version 1.3 · Effective: August 5, 2026
SOLREIGN is a hobby Space Station 14 server and community operated by Loki Soft LLC, organized in Arkansas. Contact us privately at [email protected].
Site measurement
When you click one of a fixed list of links on this site — the game connect link, or a Discord invite — or move through the signup form, we add one to a counter. What we keep is a daily total: the date, which link, where on the page it sat, and whether the step succeeded. On a given day, the home page connect link was clicked four times. That is the entire record.
There is no cookie for this, no identifier, no IP address, no session, and no time more precise than the calendar day. Nothing in these totals can tell one visitor from another, or tie two clicks to the same person. They sit in the same Cloudflare database as the signup list, and we do not share or sell them. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count you.
Cloudflare serves this site and keeps its own aggregate request records as our hosting provider, described in their documentation rather than ours. We measure clicks because we genuinely do not know how many people try to join; we would rather count four clicks honestly than guess at forty.
Information we handle
We handle information needed to run the website, game, and community: signup email and anti-abuse signals; browser-local preferences; Space Station 14 account identifiers and connection information; characters, actions, chat, rounds, contracts, titles, commendations, and station history; reports, sanctions, appeals, and safety records; selected public station records; Discord and operator communications; service logs; and backups.
Why we use it
We use information to provide features you request, operate and secure the service, prevent abuse, moderate the community, maintain continuity across rounds, publish the station records described below, answer requests, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity and law that applies, processing is necessary to provide the service, based on your consent for optional features, or based on our legitimate interests in safety, security, and operating a persistent community server.
Public station records
Leaderboards, rivalries, Crypt records, live panels, terminal outputs, titles, and selected accomplishments may be public. Moderated, player-chosen in-game character names may appear on Crypt memorials and public leaderboard surfaces, including Station Metrics, live panels, and terminal outputs; account names and raw account identifiers are not displayed there. A leaderboard name is the latest approved name in the Crypt archive and may not be a player's current character. Other public rivalry or profile surfaces may use deterministic pseudonymous fragments. We do not intend to publish raw account identifiers, IP addresses, private messages, Wingmate blocks, moderation details, or secret-role information.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers to host and protect the website, game, database, community channels, email, backups, and reviewed AI-assisted tools. Current services include Cloudflare, Neon, Discord, our game and backup hosting, and Space Wizards hub/auth. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own security and transfer arrangements. We disclose information when needed to operate those services, protect people or the service, or comply with law; we do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information while it supports an active feature, account, season, safety need, legal duty, or reliable operation. Public station history may remain as part of the shared record; moderation and security records may remain while needed to protect the community; operational logs rotate as systems are maintained; and backup copies remain until overwritten through the backup cycle. Some deletion is manual today. Exact periods vary by system and remain subject to technical limits and legitimate safety, legal, or archival needs.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, withdraw consent, receive portable information, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Email [email protected]. We may verify the request through an established account or in-game channel. Removing a public projection does not necessarily erase private safety, moderation, legal, or backup records kept for a separate valid purpose.
Younger players
The minimum age is 13. A parent or guardian must be involved where local law requires it. We minimize real-world identity information, do not sell personal information, and do not use it for targeted advertising. A parent or guardian may contact us at [email protected].
AI-assisted features
Reviewed tools may help operators prepare game text, summaries, or suggestions. AI does not make final moderation, ban, eligibility, or other similarly significant decisions without human approval. Text and game context selected by an operator for a reviewed feature may be processed by the configured provider. Before a Crypt memorial is published, its player-chosen in-game character name may also be sent automatically to the configured reviewed moderation provider.
Information required to play
A game account identifier, session and connection data, and gameplay events are required to join and operate the persistent game service; without them, we cannot provide play, moderation, or cross-round features. Some account and session information comes from Space Wizards hub/auth rather than directly from you. Optional website signup and community features are not required to play.
Changes
We will update the version and effective date when this notice materially changes. New public identity fields or materially different uses require review before activation.
